An AI-narrated role-playing game for adults, including mature themes. Scenes, options, and images are generated on the fly and may be surprising or wrong — that is part of the game. The service is not medical, mental-health, or emergency help: in a crisis call your local emergency number, not the narrator.
You must be 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are blocked and their data deleted.
Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Free accounts get a daily turn allowance; paid tiers add capacity, never ownership of the AI models.
No abuse, cheating, reverse-engineering quotas, or unlawful content. Do not configure characters to impersonate identifiable real persons without their consent. We may suspend accounts that attack the service or breach these terms, with or without notice for serious abuse.
Your characters and choices remain yours; you grant us a limited, revocable license to store, process, and display them to operate the game. We do not use your stories to train AI models.
To report infringement email contact@dpokynte.com (subject "DMCA Takedown Request") with: your signature, the infringed work, where it appears in the service, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a perjury-backed accuracy statement. Counter-notices with the same details restore content in 10–14 business days unless the complainant sues. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
You may stop playing any time and request deletion via contact@dpokynte.com. We may suspend or end the service with reasonable notice.
We may set storage and retention limits at any time. We have no responsibility or liability for deletion of, or failure to store, any content or data — including from a catastrophic database loss. Backups are best-effort; your sole remedy for lost content is restoration from any available backup.
Provided "as is", without warranties. We do not pre-screen content. Under no circumstances are we liable for content or materials of third parties or users — including your characters, choices, and AI-generated scenes, options, and images. AI narration is by nature unpredictable and may be inaccurate or offensive; you must evaluate and bear all risks of using any content, and you rely on it at your own risk. Do not request medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice from the narrator. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
