Free-text play can incidentally include sensitive information (health, beliefs, sex life) or data about other people. Please do not enter data about identifiable third persons without their consent, and share sensitive data only as needed for your story. It is processed solely to operate the game, never for advertising.
To operate accounts, save progress, enforce quotas, and provide paid features. We never sell personal data and run no advertising trackers.
Processors only: Google (sign-in), hosting (Fly.io), and AI providers that narrate turns. Conversation text is sent to AI providers transiently to generate the next scene; our contracts require them not to train their models on it and to delete it after processing.
Request access, correction, export (portable copy), or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent where consent applies. Email contact@dpokynte.com from your account address; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Traffic is encrypted in transit; stored data sits behind access-controlled infrastructure. Providers may process data outside your country (including the US) under their contractual safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of breaches as the law requires.
The game is for users 18 and older. Accounts found to belong to minors are blocked and deleted; contact us if you believe a minor has registered.
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
